Kufri has some of the magnificent skiing spots, beautiful scenery and a cool and calm environment. Kufri is mainly known for its trekking and hiking. Snow covered mountains are thronged by tourists and trekking enthusiasts in winters. Kufri is a small hill station but it provides some of most exotic locales. Kufri gained importance as Simla became a favorite among tourists. The best season to visit Kufri is between April to June and November to February. Kufri has many places where one can go for hiking and trekking.

Skiing: Kufri is one of the oldest places which tourists have been flocking for skiing during winters. Kufri offers various slopes ranging from beginner’s to advanced slopes for seasoned skiers. The tourism department also offers ski courses and even provides equipments on hire.
